Overview
Analog Devices' Wilmington, Massachusetts campus at One Analog Way is both the company's corporate headquarters and an active internal wafer fab, producing proprietary analog, mixed-signal, RF, linear, and MEMS process technologies (ADI consolidated its MEMS manufacturing at this site). Per ADI's own SEC filings, the owned Wilmington property comprises 586,200 sq ft used for wafer fabrication, testing, engineering, marketing and administrative offices. The fab underwent a capacity expansion and conversion to 150mm (6-inch) wafer processing during the 1990s. It is one of ADI's four internal wafer fabrication sites worldwide, the others being Camas, WA (ex-Linear Technology), Beaverton, OR (ex-Maxim AD8 fab), and Limerick, Ireland. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at One Analog Way, Wilmington, MA 01887, USA. It focuses on Analog / Power, RF / Wireless on 150mm wafers.
