Overview
CEA-Leti's Grenoble campus operates more than 10,000 sqm of cleanroom space running both 200mm and 300mm wafer processes, with the 300mm area equipped with 80+ processing tools. One of Europe's leading applied research institutes for micro- and nanotechnologies, Leti was established in 1967 at the initiative of Michel Cordelle, building on an electronics department set up in 1957 at Grenoble's CENG nuclear research center.
