It is an industry-leading provider of back-end services with a particular strength in memory (DRAM and flash) and display-driver ICs, and it also provides gold bumping, wafer probing, assembly, final test and MEMS back-end services. Its headquarters and main operations are in the Hsinchu Science Park (No. 1, R&D Rd. 1), and it runs a second factory at the Southern Taiwan Science Park (Nanke) in Tainan. As an OSAT it has no wafer-fab process node, and per-facility monthly wafer capacity and plant cost are not disclosed.
