Hana Micron Inc. (KOSDAQ 067310) is a South Korean outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) provider and one of the country's leading back-end houses. It was established in August 2001 as a spin-off of Samsung Electronics' semiconductor packaging operations, led by former Samsung managing director Choi Chang-ho, and listed on the KOSDAQ market in October 2005.
