Lingsen Precision Industries, Ltd. (TWSE 2369) is a Taiwanese outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) company, founded in 1970 and one of the oldest independent assembly houses in Taiwan. In 1973 it moved into the Taichung Export Processing Zone and was reorganised as a wholly independent assembly house. Its plant is in the Tanzi District of Taichung City (No. 5-1, Nan'er Rd.), with five production buildings across roughly 111,000 square metres. Lingsen provides IC assembly and testing together with mature, high-volume packaging for stacked and multi-chip modules, system-on-chip, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and optoelectronic components, spanning dual/quad/leadless leadframe families, discrete devices, optics and MEMS. As an assembly/test house it has no wafer-fab process node; per-facility monthly wafer capacity is not a fab metric and plant cost is not disclosed.
