The V.E. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU) in Kyiv, founded in 1960 and named after semiconductor physics pioneer Vadym Lashkaryov, is Ukraine's leading semiconductor research institute.
