Overview
Skyworks Newbury Park is an active GaAs wafer fab in California. Newbury Park was the first Skyworks fab to produce commercial AlGaAs/GaAs HBT devices, running on 4-inch wafers; the company began converting the line to 6-inch (150mm) wafers starting around 2007.
