DB HiTek Co., Ltd. is South Korea's second-largest semiconductor foundry after Samsung, headquartered in Bucheon. Founded in 1997 as Dongbu Electronics, it pivoted from memory to foundry in 2001 and acquired Anam Semiconductor's foundry operations in 2002. Specializes in analog, power management (BCD/BCDMOS), display driver ICs (DDI), CMOS image sensors (CIS), and embedded flash on 200mm wafers. Two fabs: Bucheon (91k wpm, 350–150nm) and Eumseong (63k wpm, 180–90nm). Revenue: ~US$982M (2025, trailing 12-month), up 23% YoY.
