Graphenea Fabs

Graphenea is a dedicated graphene foundry founded in 2010 and headquartered in San Sebastian, Spain. Its Class 1000 cleanroom produces CVD graphene-on-silicon wafers in 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch (200mm) sizes, with integrated in-line quality control. Offers graphene on standard 90nm SiO2/Si substrates and custom substrate transfer services. Annual capacity ~7,000 x 8-inch wafers. Markets served include photonics, sensors, quantum devices, and semiconductor R&D.
