Kokomo Semiconductors, a subsidiary of General Motors Components Holdings (GMCH), is one of the US's oldest continuously operating automotive-grade wafer fabs, with 55+ years in Kokomo, Indiana. Originally a captive supplier for Delco Electronics and Delphi. Fab III supports 5-inch (125mm) and 8-inch (200mm) wafer toolsets with CMOS, BiCMOS, BCDMOS, bipolar, IGBT, and MEMS processes. On-site bump and wafer test facilities. Now transitioning to an external foundry for high-reliability applications.
