POSTECH Fabs

POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology) is a South Korean research university founded in 1986 in Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province. Hosts the National Center for Nanomaterials Technology (NCNT), a government-supported fab center offering a full 8-inch (200mm) silicon CMOS wafer line, III-V device processing, and nanomaterials characterization for industry, academia, and government partners.
