Overview
The National NanoFab Center (NNFC) is a world-class nanotechnology and semiconductor R&D center in Daejeon, South Korea, established in 2004 as an affiliate of KAIST. In 2014 became an affiliate of the Ministry of Science and ICT. Provides open-access fabrication and foundry services in silicon CMOS, MEMS, biochips, and nano-bio technologies to industry, academia, and government R&D institutes. Equipment includes EVG high-vacuum wafer bonders, e-beam lithography, and comprehensive semiconductor process tools. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at Daejeon, South Korea. It focuses on Logic / Foundry, MEMS on 200mm, 300mm wafers. Production at this facility commenced in 2004.
