The National NanoFab Center (NNFC) is a South Korean government-affiliated open-access nanotechnology and semiconductor R&D center established in 2004 in Daejeon. Originally a KAIST affiliate; since 2014 affiliated with the Ministry of Science and ICT. Provides open foundry services in silicon CMOS, MEMS, biochips, and nano-bio technologies for industry, academia, and government R&D programs.
