Silan Microelectronics' 12-inch (300mm) specialty-process fab in the Haicang district of Xiamen is operated by its subsidiary Xiamen Silan Jike. The first phase, a roughly 5-billion-yuan investment within a larger 17-billion-yuan project, began production in December 2020; by the end of 2022 monthly capacity had reached about 60,000 wafers, focused on power semiconductor and MEMS sensor chips on 180-90nm nodes.
