Tata Electronics Dholera Megafab is India's first major 300mm wafer fabrication facility, being built in partnership with PSMC (Taiwan) to manufacture logic and power semiconductors. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at Dholera, Gujarat, India. It focuses on Analog / Power, Logic / Foundry and 28, 40, 55, 90, 110 process nodes on 300mm wafers. This site represents an estimated investment of $11B and a production capacity of 50,000 wafers per month. Production at this facility is expected to begin in 2026/2027.
