Tower Semiconductor Fab 9 is an active 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas, running 180nm power management and analog processes at ~30,000 wafers/month. Maxim Integrated originally acquired the fab from Philips in October 2003 for $40 million; Maxim (and later, after ADI's 2021 acquisition of Maxim, Analog Devices by extension) divested it to TowerJazz in a deal completed February 2, 2016, alongside a 15-year supply agreement under which TowerJazz continues manufacturing products for ADI/Maxim here. (Merged 2026-07-08 from a duplicate entry, 'adi-san-antonio-fab', which had tracked this same site under Analog Devices -- ADI's own FY2025 10-K lists only Wilmington MA, Camas WA, Beaverton OR, and Limerick Ireland as its internal wafer fab sites, confirming ADI does not operate this facility.)
