Overview
XMC (Wuhan Xinxin Semiconductor Manufacturing) was founded by the Wuhan government in 2006 and began mass production in 2008 as one of China's first 300mm foundries. It specializes in NOR flash memory, CMOS image sensors, MCU platforms and 3D-IC integration, and developed the Xtacking wafer-bonding technology later used for 3D NAND; XMC is one of China's leading NOR flash suppliers. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at No.18 Gaoxin 4th Road, East Lake High-tech Development Zone, Wuhan, China. It focuses on NAND, Analog / Power and 65, 45, 40 process nodes on 300mm wafers. This site represents a production capacity of 60,000 wafers per month. Production at this facility commenced in 2008.
