Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut fur Hochstfrequenztechnik (FBH) is a German applied research institute in Berlin-Adlershof, part of the Leibniz Association. Founded 1992. Specializes in GaN-on-SiC/Si and GaAs compound semiconductor devices, high-power diode lasers, and laser modules. Operates a 1,500m2 cleanroom and offers III-V foundry services (via JePPIX, EuroPractice MPW) to industry and research.
