Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TYO: 6844) is a Japanese power semiconductor IDM founded in 1949, headquartered in Tokyo with fab in Hanno, Saitama. Produces power diodes, MOSFETs, SiC Schottky diodes, and bridge rectifiers on 4-inch to 6-inch silicon and SiC wafers. Major customer is Honda. Also makes DC-DC converters and battery chargers.
