Tohoku University Fabs

Tohoku University is a Japanese national research university in Sendai. Its Center for Innovative Integrated Electronic Systems (CIES) operates one of only two academic facilities in the world with its own 300mm wafer cleanroom, supported by private industry funding and government-backed special investment zones.
