Overview

JKFAB, Diodes Incorporated's wafer fab at No. 7 Gongye E. 7th Road in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, originated as Lite-On Semiconductor Corporation's Hsinchu facility. Diodes acquired Lite-On Semiconductor in November 2020 for approximately $446 million (company-wide) and formally qualified the site as an internal wafer source, alongside Shanghai's SFAB2, in June 2021.
