Overview
Part of the NanoLabNL national infrastructure, the AMOLF NanoLab at Amsterdam Science Park provides an ISO class 5 cleanroom with optical and electron-beam lithography, plasma etching, and thin-film deposition for nanophotonics, quantum, and energy research, serving AMOLF, the University of Amsterdam, VU Amsterdam, Utrecht University, ARCNL, and industrial users. A renovated and expanded cleanroom opened on 21 November 2024, with new tools funded through the Quantum Delta NL growth-fund program.
