onsemi's Gresham, Oregon fab (83-acre site, ~558,000 sq ft per the FY2025 10-K, with 100,000 sq ft of cleanroom) was originally built by LSI Logic in 1995 and acquired by onsemi in 2006 when LSI exited manufacturing to go fabless. It is a 200mm front-end facility serving onsemi's Analog and Mixed-Signal and Power Solutions segments. At the May 2006 sale, LSI's 8-K described a 200mm toolset capable of producing 18,000 8-inch wafers per month; onsemi bought the fab for $105M.
