PSMC Fab P2 in Hsinchu is a 300mm fab that began mass production in 2005 under Powerchip. Together with Fab P1 it provides a combined capacity of 67,000 wafers per month on 180nm to 24nm processes for logic, memory, and advanced packaging; PSMC acquired P1, P2, and P3 from Powerchip Technology in 2019.
