Soitec Hasselt (formerly EpiGaN, founded in 2010 as an imec spin-off) produces RF-GaN and Power-GaN epitaxial wafers on 150mm and 200mm GaN-on-Si and GaN-on-SiC substrates for 5G and power electronics applications.
