SwaySure Technology Fabs

SwaySure Technology Co., Ltd. (SWX) is a Shenzhen-based memory chip developer founded in March 2022 and financed by a state-owned investment institute (Shenzhen Major Industry Investment Group). It publicly describes itself as developing niche memory chips for wearables, automotive electronics, and set-top boxes, with an R&D team spanning China and Japan. Industry reporting (DigiTimes and others) separately describes SWX as part of a network of Huawei-linked "shadow fabs" building domestic DRAM supply, though there is no public corporate link between Huawei and SWX.
