Nisshinbo Micro Devices Fukuoka Co., Ltd. -- a wafer fab in Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka, Japan, and one of the three domestic front-end sites of Nisshinbo Micro Devices (the analog/power IDM formed in January 2022 from New Japan Radio and Ricoh Electronic Devices, part of Nisshinbo Holdings). The plant runs 5-inch (0.8 micron and larger) and 6-inch (2.0 micron and larger) silicon lines, producing analog ICs, power ICs, protection devices and sensors on mature processes for long-term supply.
