Powertech Semiconductor (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. is the China memory packaging and test plant of Powertech Technology Inc. (PTI, TWSE 6239), the world's leading memory OSAT. PTI established the Xi'an operation in 2015 (per the company's own milestone history), locating it in the Xi'an high-tech industrial zone alongside the broader Micron Xi'an back-end ecosystem; it complements PTI's earlier China plant in Suzhou (acquired in 2009).
