Overview
ST Bouskoura is a major back-end assembly, test, and SiC device packaging facility near Casablanca, Morocco. One of ST's most advanced ATMP sites, it is a key hub for SiC power device packaging for EV traction inverters and on-board chargers, employing ~3,100-4,000 workers across ~35,000 sqm. A June 2022 expansion (2.4 billion MAD / ~$244 million) added 7,500 sqm of production area and a new SiC production line, creating 700+ new jobs.
