ASE's major China packaging and test facility in the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), Suzhou, Jiangsu. Originally a JV with NXP Semiconductors (ASEN) formed in 2007. Provides IC assembly, advanced packaging, and final test for automotive, mobile, and computing customers. Multiple facilities across Suzhou, Wuxi, and Kunshan cluster. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at No. 288 Feng Li Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou 215123, Jiangsu, China. It focuses on Advanced Packaging, Assembly & Packaging on 150mm, 200mm, 300mm wafers. Production at this facility commenced in 2007.
