ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. (ASE Group) is the world's largest outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) provider, headquartered in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Founded in 1984, ASE controls approximately 30% of the global OSAT market and operates facilities in Taiwan, China, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, the US, Mexico, Poland, and other countries. Its subsidiary Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) was merged in 2018. ASE reported 2025 net revenues of NT$645B (~US$21.5B) with ~106,000 employees.
