Ennostar Fabs

Ennostar Inc. is a Taiwanese compound-semiconductor holding company formed in 2021 from the merger of LED makers Epistar and Lextar (fully consolidated into a single legal entity in October 2025). Epistar handles LED epitaxy and chip production, Lextar handles packaging and modules, and subsidiary Unikorn Semiconductor develops compound-semiconductor foundry services; Ennostar is the world's 5th-largest LED producer by revenue.
