Qorvo's leased back-end facility in Nuremberg, Germany (Loeffelholzstrasse 20), inherited through the 2015 RF Micro Devices-TriQuint merger that created Qorvo. Per Qorvo's own FY2026 Form 10-K (Item 2 Properties), it is one of only three current Qorvo production sites company-wide, alongside the owned wafer fabs in Hillsboro, OR and Richardson, TX, performing packaging and test for RF components. On October 6, 2026, Skyworks Solutions completed its combination with Qorvo (a cash-and-stock transaction valuing Qorvo at roughly $32.5 billion), retiring the Qorvo brand; this facility now operates under Skyworks Solutions.
