This Incheon packaging and test facility dates to 1985 per STATS ChipPAC's own SEC filings, originally built as Hyundai Electronics' semiconductor assembly plant before being spun off and passing through ChipPAC (2004) and JCET's 2015 acquisition of STATS ChipPAC. (Merged 2026-07-08 from a duplicate entry, 'jcet-stats-chippac-korea', which listed a slightly different street number on the same Jayumuyeok-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon address with identical coordinates -- same campus, not a second building.)
