Overview
SK Hynix M14 at the Icheon headquarters in Gyeonggi Province is a large-scale 300mm memory fab completed in 2015, the first of three plants announced in the company's 2014 investment program of about KRW 46 trillion (roughly US$34 billion). It produces advanced DRAM across the 1x through 1a nanometer generations and is a key base for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM). Key facility details include: The facility is situated at 2091, Gyeongchung-daero, Bubal-eup, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It focuses on DRAM and 1x, 1y, 1z, 1a process nodes on 300mm wafers. Production at this facility commenced in 2015.
