Formerly an Intel NAND flash memory manufacturing facility, Fab 68 in Dalian was acquired by SK Hynix as part of the Intel NAND Business Acquisition (SK Hynix paid US$6.6 billion in December 2021 and a further US$2.2 billion in March 2025), and now operates under the Solidigm brand as a major NAND production site. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at Dalian Free Trade Zone, Liaoning, China. It focuses on NAND and 3D NAND process nodes on 300mm wafers. Production at this facility commenced in 2010.
