Overview
Texas Instruments' LFAB in Lehi, Utah, is a 300mm analog and embedded-processing wafer fab that TI acquired from Micron in 2021 for about US$1.5 billion (including roughly US$900 million in cash). Originally the IM Flash memory fab, it was converted to analog and mixed-signal production and began manufacturing for TI late in 2022 on 65nm and 45nm processes.
