Overview
Texas Instruments Sherman SM3 is the third of the four connected 300mm fabs planned for TI's Sherman, Texas megasite. Built out as customer demand warrants, it is designed for TI's foundational analog and embedded-processing nodes from 130nm down to 28nm, extending the internal capacity TI is adding through its more-than-US$60 billion Texas and Utah manufacturing buildout. Texas Instruments' 300mm megasite in Sherman, Texas.
