Overview
GlobalFoundries Fab 2 at the Woodlands campus in Singapore is a 200mm (8-inch) wafer fab that entered production in 1995 as one of Chartered Semiconductor's earliest fabs, before Chartered's 2010 merger into GlobalFoundries. It runs mature logic and analog/power processes from 350nm down to 130nm, part of GF's large Singapore manufacturing cluster.
