GlobalFoundries Fab 3 is an active 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility located at the Woodlands campus in Singapore. Originally a Chartered Semiconductor fab, it commenced production in 1997 and had a full capacity of roughly 23,000 wafers/month as of 2004, before Chartered's 2010 merger into GlobalFoundries.
