Intel Fab 12 at the Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona was completed in 1996 as Intel's first Arizona wafer fab and later converted into a leading-edge 300mm, 65nm facility in 2005. It has run successive process generations down to the 14nm and 22nm nodes and, together with Fabs 22, 32, 42, 52 and 62, makes Ocotillo one of Intel's largest manufacturing sites.
