Overview
Intel Fab 62 is the second of two new leading-edge 300mm fabs Intel broke ground on at the Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona in September 2021 (a combined $32B program with Fab 52). Its sister fab, Fab 52, became fully operational in September 2025 with Intel 18A, while Fab 62 remains in the construction and fit-out stage, with its completion pace tied to foundry demand.
