Overview
Micron Fab 10 is the company's 300mm 3D NAND fab complex in northern Singapore (North Coast Wafer Fab Park). The original building, built as the USD 3 billion IM Flash Singapore (IMFS) fab, ramped 25nm NAND from mid-2010 and was officially opened on 21 April 2011; Micron took full ownership from the Intel joint venture in 2012. The complex grew with the USD 4 billion Fab 10X expansion completed in 2016 and a further cleanroom expansion opened in August 2019 for 96-layer and later 3D NAND generations. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at Woodlands, Singapore. It focuses on NAND and 128-layer, 176-layer process nodes on 300mm wafers. Production at this facility commenced in 2010.
