Overview
Micron Fab 10N is the original IM Flash Singapore (IMFS) building of the Fab 10 NAND complex: a USD 3 billion 300mm fab that ramped 25nm NAND from mid-2010 and officially opened on 21 April 2011 as Singapore's first 300mm NAND fab. AnandTech's 2019 coverage names the pre-2019 complex as Fab 10N plus Fab 10X (the 2016 expansion). Micron's leading-edge NAND, including the world's first 232-layer parts in 2022, ships from this Singapore complex. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at Woodlands, Singapore.
