Overview
Samsung Pyeongtaek P3 (Pyeongtaek Line 3) is the largest chip manufacturing line Samsung has built to date, on the company's Pyeongtaek campus in Gyeonggi-do. The roughly 30 trillion won (~$22 billion) 300mm fab was put into operation in 2022, producing state-of-the-art NAND flash from July 2022, and is equipped with EUV lithography with subsequent expansion into DRAM and foundry logic.
