Corporate Headquarters and Fab 12A
Overview
Corporate Headquarters and Fab 12A is one of TSMC's six 12-inch GIGAFAB® facilities. Coordinated by a centralized super manufacturing platform (SMP), the GIGAFAB® network provides consistent quality, rapid yield learning, and high flexibility. Together, these facilities exceeded a combined capacity of 12.74 million wafers in 2024, supporting process technologies ranging from 0.13μm down to 3nm and their sub-nodes. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at 8, Li-Hsin Rd. 6, Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu 300-096, Taiwan, R.O.C.. It focuses on 40 process nodes on 300mm wafers. Production at this facility commenced in 2002.
