Overview
TSMC Fab 14 is one of TSMC's six 12-inch GIGAFAB® facilities. Coordinated by a centralized super manufacturing platform (SMP), the GIGAFAB® network provides consistent quality, rapid yield learning, and high flexibility. Together, these facilities exceeded a combined capacity of 12.74 million wafers in 2024, supporting process technologies ranging from 0.13μm down to 3nm and their sub-nodes. Key facility details include: The facility is situated at 1-1, Nan-Ke North Rd., Tainan Science Park, Tainan 741-44, Taiwan, R.O.C.. It focuses on Logic / Foundry and 20 process nodes on 300mm wafers. This site represents an estimated investment of $5.1B and a production capacity of 82,500 wafers per month. Production at this facility commenced in 2004.
