TSMC Nanjing Company Limited Fab 16
Overview
TSMC Fab 16, operated by TSMC (Nanjing) Company Limited in the Pukou district of Nanjing, Jiangsu, is TSMC's 12-inch (300mm) fab in mainland China. It entered production in 2018 on the 16nm FinFET process and later added 28nm capacity to serve customers in China, and is TSMC's only wholly owned 300mm fab in the country.
