Key facility details include: The facility is situated at 1, Yuanqu N. Rd., Nanzi Dist., Kaohsiung City 811, Taiwan, R.O.C. . It focuses on Logic / Foundry and 2 process nodes on 300mm wafers. Production at this facility is expected to begin in 2027.
